Forget about Three Men & A Baby, this past week in Big Brother happens to have been one of high drama.
Last Friday we saw the first housemate enter, self confessed ladies man Zach, who for no apprant reason goes by the name of Ziggy. He was postively beaming that he'd be sharing a house with 11 women, but his idea of paradise soon turned into one perpetual nightmare as the week dragged on. Pleas note: never put 11 women in one house, unless you want constant arguments over hair straighteners, make up and food. Ziggy was given the unwelcomed task of being the only one to nominate: his victims - Emily "im not a racist", and Shabnam aka Amy Winehouse.
But what is BB without a scandal. Fresh from the "race row" of Celebrity Big Brother, one of the housemates blurts of the N word to the nation. In all fairness to the girl she didn't mean it in a racist way, but Emily fell foul of channel 4 and endemol's quest to prove to ofcom that they can handle racists. She became their scapegoat, and will be vilified forever more in the public eye - I would have sympathy for her, but that's what you get for going onto Big Brother - deal with it.
With Emily gone, so are our hopes of a week 1 eviction, Shabnam is let off the hook and the nation feel cheated out of their 25p (even though 10p goes to charity - yeah right). What to do? What to do? Oh yes throw in a couple of gays, that'll raise everyones moods. Hell no they put the two most annoying male members of the population into the house, disapoiting housemates and public alike.
Big Brother - sort yourself out!
